Our criteria are:
- Commercial solicitors with a minimum 5 years post qualification experience
- Experience of working for or training within a corporate practice
- An understanding of what running a business involves
- Self motivation and ambition
- A client following or access to client introducers or the desire to build these relationships
- Passionate and dynamic individuals who embrace change and look for the challenge
- A sense of humour
