Glenn McDonald

Glenn originally studied Applied Chemistry at Aston University before re-qualifying as a lawyer and specialises in commercial contracts, company start-ups, company sales and purchases and the legal aspects of raising finance including equity transactions. Glenn has worked for well known law firms including Halliwells, Hammonds and SA Law.

In 2000, Glenn was part of the Corporate Finance team at Halliwells which advised on the second highest number of IPOs in the UK that year. He has written many articles and delivered numerous seminars on corporate law including a seminar to British diplomats at the request of the Law Society on exporting legal services.

Living in Brazil with his family, Glenn continues to work for Excello Law, is an in-house lawyer for a London based corporate finance and fund management firm, Stargate Capital and enjoys trekking and playing tennis.
