Shella studied law at the University of Leicester and the College of Law. Having gained experience both in private practice and industry as an in-house solicitor, Shella understands commercial sensitivities allowing her to focus on what clients can do rather than what they cannot, priding herself on giving commercial, practical and solution-focused advice.

Shella specialises in all employment related matters advising on every stage of the employment relationship, from drafting contracts, policies, procedures and handbooks, advising on day to day employment issues, transfers, termination of employment, compromise agreements, as well as dealing with restrictions or claims after the employee has left.

Shella’s practice also incorporates a significant amount of client training on all employment-related matters and working closely with businesses on HR strategy.

When not working, Shella enjoys swimming, travelling and good food!
