Sue is a commercial property specialist with over 20 years’ experience in central London private practice, having worked at Frere Cholmeley, Frere Cholmeley Bischoff and Forsters LLP.

She has handled a broad range of property matters for investors, developers and occupiers including sales and purchases, lettings and landlord and tenant work.

Sue is also a freelance tutor on the solicitors’ Legal Practice Course and is actively involved in charity work, volunteering regularly at Kingston and Richmond Law Centre and acting as a trustee of Richmond Furniture Scheme and of Hounslow Citizens Advice Bureau.

She has a keen interest in environmental matters and has written articles on the environmental aspects of Property Law.

When she is not working she enjoys designing and making Latin American dance dresses, riding and playing the piano.

Sue is married with two daughters and is based in Teddington Middlesex.
