Tracey is a commercially astute dual qualified solicitor / registered trade mark attorney with over 15 years’ experience.

Having started her career at magic circle firm Linklaters and regional private practice Shoosmiths, more recently she has worked in house for luxury brand owner Richemont (Chloe, dunhill, Net-A-Porter, Azzedine Alaia) and premium drinks giant Diageo (Guinness, Baileys, Johnnie Walker,Tanqueray, Gordon’s).

She delivers high quality advice and assistance across all areas of intellectual property including litigation and in particular on trade marks and designs(including clearance, registration and portfolio management), copyright and passing off. She also writes, presents and trains on IP issues.

She is driven by her passion to develop and protect brands in close partnership with stakeholders, strategising and creating innovative and practical solutions to manage risk.

Outside of work Tracey is often to be found on stage, being an enthusiastic amateur actor with a particular expertise in playing the comedy idiot in pantomime! She is also a keen photographer.
